Komentář vyhodnocovatele:

Vyhodnocovatel obdržel celkem 284 korektních deníků k hodnocení. Pro kontrolu
bylo použito dalších 976 deníků z okolních zemí.

V titulních listech deníků nebyly prakticky žádné významné chyby, vyjma chyb
v soutěžní kategorii. Tato chyba se stále opakuje  rok co rok, a to téměř
v pětině všech deníků. Pro jistotu tedy připomínám že správné označení kategorie
je: Single, Multi, Check. (Tedy žádné 3, 03, SO, SO HP, Single op, Single
operator apod.)

Hodnocení se letos trochu protáhlo, neboť se dlouho čekalo na všechny deníky
pro kontrolu - ze zahraničí.  (Poslední dorazily 26.11., tedy den před mým
odjezdem na CQWW, zpracovány byly až po návratu - dnes)

V letošním ročníku vysoká / nízká chybovost doslova řádila na stupních vítězů
na "dolních" pásmech. Ukázalo se, jak strašně moc důležité je ujistit se při
spojení že i protistanice má vaše data v pořádku v logu zapsaná.

Díky vysoké chybovosti přišla v pásmu 70cm SINGLE stanice OK1IBB (i přes
obrovský náskok) o druhé místo. V kategorii MULTI pak stanice OL4A přišla
o první místo. O první místo přišla stanice OL4A ze stejného důvodu  také v pásmu
23cm kde díky tomu zvítězila stanice OK2KKW. Z důvodu vysoké chybovosti se také
stanice OL3Z posunula z třetího místa na čtvrté.

V pásmu 13cm si stanice OK1VM započítala 2x body za duplicitní spojení s OK1IEI,
což jí stálo (díky penalizaci desetinásobkem bodů)  propad o dva posty a ztrátu
víc jak 50% bodů.

Diskvalifikována byla stanice OK1DKX v pásmu 23cm, jelikož má v deníku uvedeny
všechny odeslané reporty 590.

Oproti loňskému ročníku byl opět zaznamenán úbytek stanic v kategorii Single na 70cm
a 23cm. A naopak byl zaznamenán nárůst stanic na nejvyšších mikrovlnných pásmech.
